Rates, Insurance, & Payment Policy
Understand your financial agreement and obligation to the therapy process
Rates and Payment Policy for Psychological Services
Intake appointments are assessed at $300.00 (55-minute meeting). The fee for individual therapy is $250.00 (55-minute session). A cash pay discount is available for private pay clients. The agreed upon fees are expected at the time of the therapy session, unless we agree to make other arrangements. We also offer a limited number of sliding fee scale spots. Additional charges may apply for consultation, participation in school meetings, or feedback to multiple individuals.
Payments can be made by cash or credit card. Insurance companies may provide partial to full coverage for therapy and evaluations; however, reimbursement varies. We can provide a “Superbill” you can use to seek reimbursement through your insurance provider.
Insurance
We are in-network with the following insurance panels:
Blue Cross of Idaho: Commercial plans
PacificSource: Voyager and Navigator plans in Idaho and Wyoming.
III-A (Idaho Independent Intergovernmental Authority): Mental Health and EAP benefits to include 10 sessions, per incident, per calendar year. Learn more here.
Clients are responsible for contacting their health insurance company prior to our meeting to understand their mental health benefits. Clients are ultimately financially responsible for paying the agreed upon fees and all claims denied by their insurance company. Clients can find the contact information for their insurance company on the back of their insurance card. We recommend contacting your insurance carrier and inquiring about the following:
Do I have mental health / behavioral health benefits? If so, how many sessions and within what time frame?
Will services provided by Jessica A. Weis, Psy.D. be covered?
Do I have a deductible? If so, is there still an amount that needs to be met? When will my deductible renew?
What is my co-payment per session or what amount of each session cost will I owe?
Do I have telehealth benefits for mental health?
